·        Inveco provides comprehensive management accounts and rent roll information as frequently as the client may require, be it monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. Where needed integration with the client’s existing administrative system is customised to requirement.

·        Our core business is the management and growth of our clients’ commercial property portfolios. Although we do source tenants for our clients on an ad-hoc basis, we rely on carefully nurtured associations with local letting and sales agents to source tenants. Once a potentially suitable tenant is identified we take every possible measure to ensure that the most appropriate candidate is signed up, always with the appropriate tenant mix and long term stability as prime consideration.

·        Our administrative service extends to the submission and payment of VAT returns as well as the preparation and submission of records of account for annual statutory audits and resolution of all queries arising from such audits.
